What is Visible Learning?

“Visible Learning is a book that includes 15 years of research and synthesis of over 800 meta-analyses related to influences on achievement in school-aged students. It builds a story about the power of teachers and of feedback, and constructs a model of learning and understanding. Hattie’s book is about “the power of directed teaching, focusing on what happens next through feedback and monitoring.
